Sellers. We are not responsible for monitoring the current status of sellers but if we receive numerous complaints about sellers not delivering product, or mis-representing their products, OldWheels.com will take the necessary steps to cancel this seller's membership.

The same holds true for bidders/buyers. While we are not checking the identity of the bidder/buyer; if we receive complaints about a bidder not fulfiling their obligations to purchase, we will cancel their membership as well.
